Opening has been ten times easier than
usual, and once you read about the
*AHA* light bulb moment that made it so,
you too will be instantly approaching
with significantly less anxiety...

I'd just landed in Vegas and as I
stepped off of the plane, I spotted a
group of girls around my age.

They were laughing and having a great
time. What luck, still in the airport
and I'd found the exact kind of people
I wanted to chill with on this trip.

I reminded myself, "They too are on
vacation, looking to meet people and
have a great time.”

Sure enough, the set opened with no
problems. It turned out we were even
staying in the same hotel. We exchanged
numbers and agreed to meet up in the
city that night.

This was the first of many successful
approaches my trip would bring.

There were cool, fun people everywhere,
and whenever I saw them I would think
"They too are on vacation, looking to
meet people and have a great time," and
every set blew open with ease.

My little mind trick even helped me to
open a girl whose beauty literally made
me light headed from a single glance.

She was hanging around outside of the
nightclub at the Luxor Hotel. From
talking with her for a while I found
we were into all the same comedians
and had a similar sense of humor.

After teasing each other back and forth
for a little, she had me hooked on her
wit. I wanted to find out more. What was
her name? What did she do for a living?

From my lessons at Stylelife I knew it
was the right time to ask (up front
these questions are terrible game
killers, but it's OK once we'd gone
through all the steps to build mutual
attraction with each other).

I asked why she was visiting Vegas, she
told me that she wasn't, she lived here.
The words I spoke to myself before I
approached flashed into my mind:

"She is on vacation, looking to meet
people and have a great time." I'd had
it all wrong, she wasn't on vacation at
all. Then suddenly *IT* clicked.

I'd been confidently claiming to myself
that each set was opening so well since
they were on vacation. It was a lame
justification.

I'm a fun, interesting guy, who any
sensible minded girl would love to hang
with, on vacation or not.

Once I recognized it, and removed it,
my approaches still felt effortless and
still opened easily and consistently.

When approaching women now, I remind
myself of a much simpler truth:

"She too is looking to meet people and
have a great time.”
